The artist was born in Fortaleza – Brazil, in 1952 and began his career in 1988 with the classification of 5 of his works in the ´8th Salon of Unifor Plástica´. Vando graduates through the course of drawing and painting taught by Raul de La Nuez, licensed by the Superior Institute of Art of Cuba. In his artistic career, he won several awards and held more than 100 exhibitions, of which 30 were individual presented in Brazil and abroad.
