Typically, there are around 5 business days between the purchase date and the receipt of the tracking code.

How should I receive my order?

Before signing the delivery receipt, carefully inspect the artwork to ensure it has arrived without any damage. Examine the piece thoroughly, and if you notice any damage, create a detailed damage report with the carrier and ask them to sign it. Keep a copy of the report for your records and document the damage with photos, videos, or other relevant evidence.

Once you have documented the damage, promptly inform the shipping company and provide them with the necessary proof.  Additionally, contact Lady in Red at info@galerialadyinred.com, sharing all the relevant documentation so we can assist you further.
