Johny Vieira, born in 1987, is originally from Praia de Santa Cruz, Portugal, but is currently living on the road in his caravan. He began learning painting in 2017 at the Technical School of Drawing and Painting of Duran Castaibert, where he studied watercolor painting—a technique that immediately captivated him. He is fascinated by the way water interacts independently with pigments, creating unique stains, drops, and transparencies. His inspiration flows naturally from within, reflecting the very essence of surfing—the exploration of new spots, the journey, the joy, the silence of nature, the connection, and the love shared with the ocean.
